Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Domestic orders normally arrive within 5 to 9 working days. International orders take 15 to 20 working days. Every order ships with a tracking number, sent by email once the parcel leaves our warehouse.

Is shipping free?

Delivery is free and tracked on every order, and it is already included in the pack price. We deliver to the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Malaysia, Thailand, the Philippines and China.

How is my order packaged?

All orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of the contents on the outside of the parcel.

Pricing

Why is the price lower for larger packs?

Per-unit cost falls as pack size increases, and we pass that through. The saving is shown on each product page when you select a pack size.

Payments & Orders

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Bitcoin. All card payments are processed over an SSL-encrypted connection.

What happens if my parcel does not arrive?

If tracking shows a parcel as lost or it has not arrived within 30 working days of dispatch, contact support and we will either reship the order at no cost or refund it in full.

Can I cancel or change an order?

Yes, provided the order has not yet been dispatched. Email help@mediaxiss.com with your order number as soon as possible.

Do you provide medical advice?

No. We are a supplier, not a clinical service. Product pages carry reference information only. Speak to a qualified doctor or pharmacist about whether a medicine is appropriate for you, and check the rules that apply in your country before ordering prescription medicines online.
