Where we deliver

We deliver to the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Malaysia, Thailand, the Philippines and China. Checkout accepts delivery addresses in these countries only. If your country is not listed, write to us before ordering and we will tell you whether we can help.

Cost

Delivery is free on every order. The cost of tracked shipping is already included in each pack price, so the price you see on the product page is the price you pay.

Processing

Orders are confirmed by email with payment details. Once payment is received, the parcel is packed and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed when your parcel is dispatched. It can take up to 72 hours to show its first scan.

Customs

Import rules for medicines differ by country and are your responsibility as the recipient. Check what applies where you live before ordering. Where a parcel is held or returned by customs, we will reship once or refund, at your choice.

Lost Parcels

If a parcel has not arrived within 30 working days of dispatch, contact support for a free reship or a full refund.
