1. These Terms

By placing an order with MedAxis you agree to the terms set out on this page. Please read them before you buy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. You are responsible for confirming that the medicines you order may lawfully be imported into and possessed in your country.

3. Products and Information

Product descriptions are provided for reference and are not medical advice. MedAxis does not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, or advise on whether a medicine is suitable for you. Consult a qualified doctor or pharmacist before use.

4. Pricing

All prices are shown in US dollars and exclude any import duties or taxes levied in the destination country. We may change prices at any time; the price shown at the point of order is the price that applies to that order.

5. Orders

An order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel any order, including where a product is unavailable, where a pricing error has occurred, or where we believe the order breaches these terms or applicable law.

6. Delivery

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. See our Shipping Policy for detail.

7. Returns

For reasons of safety, medicines that have left our warehouse cannot be returned to stock. Our Refund & Returns Policy sets out when a reship or refund is available.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which MedAxis is established.
