What happens after you order: shipping, customs and discreet packaging explained

What happens after you order from MediAxiss: confirmation, PayPal/Wise/Remitly payment, sealed blisters, tracking, 10–18 day shipping, customs and plain packaging explained.

In this guide

  1. Step 1: the confirmation email (and why nothing was charged)
  2. Step 2: paying — PayPal, Wise or Remitly
  3. Step 3: dispatch, sealed blisters and your tracking number
  4. Step 4: the 10–18 working days in transit, and how to read the tracking
  5. Step 5: customs — what usually happens, and what to do if it doesn’t
  6. What the parcel looks like when it lands
  7. When to email us, and when to wait
  8. Questions we get asked

Most of the emails we get are not about medicine. They’re about the parcel. “Did you get my order?” “Why haven’t I been charged?” “Tracking hasn’t moved for six days.” “What will the box say?” Fair questions, and every one has a boring, reassuring answer we’d rather you read once here than search for at 11 pm on day nine.

On one line: order → confirmation email → payment options email → you pay → dispatch → tracking number → 10–18 working days in transit → customs → plain envelope through the door. Two things to fix in your head now. Nothing is charged on the website. And the tracking will probably go quiet for a stretch in the middle. Both are normal.

Medical note. Everything we sell is prescription medicine. Ordering from us doesn’t replace a conversation with your doctor, and it’s your responsibility to check the rules on importing prescription medicines where you live. We ship; we don’t diagnose.

Step 1: the confirmation email (and why nothing was charged)

Within a few minutes of checkout you’ll get an order confirmation with an order number, the products, the pack sizes and the shipping address. Read the address line. Most delivery failures we’ve ever handled trace back to a missing flat number, a postcode typo, or an old address left in autofill. Reply to that email straight away if anything’s wrong and we fix it before the box is packed.

You’ll also notice no money has moved. We don’t take card details on the site, on purpose — typing a card number into a small overseas pharmacy’s checkout is exactly what security people tell you not to do. The checkout collects your order; payment happens in the next step, through services you already use.

No confirmation email? Check spam and promotions folders first — it’s there nine times out of ten. If not, email us with the name and address you used and we’ll find the order.

Step 2: paying — PayPal, Wise or Remitly

Usually the same day, often within the hour, a second email lists your payment options with the exact details for each:

  • PayPal — the fastest to confirm. Send to the account named in the email with your order number in the note.
  • Wise — a bank-to-bank transfer at the real exchange rate. Usually lands within a day.
  • Remitly — a remittance app that works well from the US, UK, Canada and Australia. Small fees, typically same-day.

Whichever you use, put the order number in the reference and reply to the email once you’ve sent it. That reply moves your order from “awaiting payment” to “packing”. Without it we match payments to orders by name and amount — it works, but slower.

The details in that email are the only valid ones. Anything claiming to be from us with different account details, or asking for gift cards or crypto, isn’t us — don’t send anything.

Step 3: dispatch, sealed blisters and your tracking number

Once payment is confirmed, the order goes to the packing bench, and this is the part we’re proudest of. Every product ships in the original manufacturer blister strip, sealed, with batch number and expiry printed into the foil. Cenforce arrives in Centurion’s strips of ten with “Cenforce-100” on the back; Vidalista the same; Suhagra and Kamagra in their makers’ 4-tablet blisters. We don’t decant, repackage or mix. A strip damaged in the warehouse goes in the bin, not your envelope.

We usually leave out the outer retail carton — it’s bulky and tells your postman what’s inside. Ask in the order notes if you want it. Packing to dispatch is normally one to three working days. When the parcel is handed to the carrier you get a third email with the tracking number. Keep it. It’s the one you’ll want on day twelve. The two products we ship more than anything else — and the ones most likely to be in your first parcel:

Step 4: the 10–18 working days in transit, and how to read the tracking

Parcels leave India by air, arrive at your country’s international mail hub, clear customs, and join the domestic post. Typical door-to-door time is 10 to 18 working days — two to three and a half weeks. Some arrive on day eight. A few, in December or around Indian public holidays, take four weeks.

Paste the tracking number into our track-order page, or search it on your national postal service’s site once it’s in your country — the domestic site often updates faster at the last mile. A translation of the common scan messages, because carriers write them for themselves, not for you:

Tracking says It means What you do
Item received / Posting Handed to the carrier in India Nothing
Departed from origin / Dispatched to overseas On or about to be on a plane Nothing — expect silence for a while
(No update for 5–10 days) In the air or queued at the destination hub Nothing. Really.
Arrived at destination / Import scan In your country Nothing; local delivery usually within a week
Held for customs / Awaiting clearance Being looked at Wait 7–10 days; respond to any letter
Return to sender Refused entry or address problem Email us today with the number
Delivered Delivered Check the letterbox, the porch, a neighbour, the parcel locker

That third row is where the worried emails come from. A tracking number that hasn’t updated for a week is the single most common thing we’re asked about, and in almost every case the parcel is simply on a plane or in a pile. Lost parcels are rare, and the tracking usually says so. “Delivered” but nothing there? Give it 24 hours — carriers sometimes scan before the final drop — then email us and we’ll open a trace.

Step 5: customs — what usually happens, and what to do if it doesn’t

Let’s deal with this plainly, because it’s the part people worry about most and understand least.

What usually happens

For most orders, in most countries, nothing. The parcel is a small, flat envelope of blister strips with a customs declaration, and it goes through with the rest of the mail. Many countries allow individuals to import a personal supply of prescription medicine — often up to about three months’ worth — and our pack sizes are chosen with that in mind. The shipping policy has the country-by-country notes.

When a parcel is held

Occasionally tracking shows “held by customs”, “awaiting clearance” or “retained”. Four things can follow:

  • It’s released a few days later with no action from you. By a wide margin the most common outcome.
  • You get a letter asking for a prescription, a declaration, or a small import duty. Answer it — send what they ask for, pay what they ask for. Duty on a parcel like this is small.
  • The parcel is returned to sender. Tracking will say so. Email us the moment you see it.
  • The parcel is seized and you receive a notice. Rare, and it depends where you live. You are not in trouble; personal-use quantities are dealt with by a letter, not a knock on the door. Email us a photo of the notice.

Our promise

If your parcel is returned, seized or lost in transit, we reship it or refund you — your choice. Not “after an investigation”, not “store credit”. For a reship we may split the order into two smaller parcels or use a different route. The one thing we can’t do is speed up a customs office. When a parcel is held, nobody — not us, not the carrier — can phone anyone. Two weeks in customs is annoying; it isn’t unusual.

What the parcel looks like when it lands

Plain. Genuinely plain. A padded envelope or a small brown box, a printed address label, a customs declaration and postage. No pharmacy name, no logo, no product name on the outside, and the return address is a generic trading name, not “MediAxiss”. The customs declaration describes the contents because it legally has to, but it’s a sticker, not visible from across the room.

Inside: the blister strips in a small bag or bubble wrap, and that’s it. No invoice with prices, no branded anything. Your bank statement never mentions us either, because you paid through PayPal, Wise or Remitly, not to a pharmacy. Nobody in your household will know what’s in the envelope unless they open it. That is the point.

When to email us, and when to wait

A person replies to every message, any hour. But here’s the rule we’d give a friend about which situations need us and which just need patience.

Email us straight away if:

  • → No confirmation or payment email within 24 hours (after checking spam)
  • → You’ve paid and haven’t had a reply within two working days
  • → You need to change the address before dispatch
  • → Tracking says “return to sender”, “seized” or “undeliverable”
  • → Customs has sent a letter and you’re not sure how to answer it
  • → Tracking says “delivered” and after 24 hours there’s nothing
  • → You’ve opened the parcel and a strip is damaged, short or not what you ordered

Wait a little longer if:

  • → It’s under 18 working days and the tracking is just quiet
  • → Tracking says “held for customs” and it’s been under 10 days
  • → It’s late December, or the week around Diwali or Holi, when Indian post slows for everyone
  • → You’re at day 19 or 20 — email us, but know that most of those parcels arrive that same week

When you do write, include the order number and the tracking number; it saves a round trip. The FAQ covers the quick questions; anything else goes to contact us.

Questions we get asked

Why wasn’t I charged when I placed the order?

Because we don’t take card payments on the website. After checkout we email you the payment options — PayPal, Wise or Remitly — with the details for each. Your order is packed once the payment lands and you’ve replied to let us know. Nothing is ever charged on the site itself.

How long does delivery take?

Typically 10 to 18 working days from dispatch, which is two to three and a half weeks. Dispatch itself takes one to three working days after payment. Some parcels arrive in a week; a few take four, especially in December or around Indian holidays. Tracking often goes quiet mid-journey — that’s the flight and the queue at the destination hub, not a lost parcel.

Will the package say what’s inside?

Not on the outside. It’s a plain padded envelope or small box with an address label and postage, no pharmacy name, no logo, no product names. The customs declaration sticker describes the contents because it legally must. Inside are the sealed manufacturer blisters and nothing branded. Your payment statement shows PayPal, Wise or Remitly, not a pharmacy.

What happens if customs holds my parcel?

Usually it’s released within a week or so without anything from you. Sometimes you’ll get a letter asking for a prescription, a declaration or a small duty — answer it and send what they ask. If the parcel is returned or seized, email us with the tracking number or a photo of the notice and we reship or refund, your choice.

What if the tracking hasn’t updated for a week?

Almost always it’s in transit between the departure scan in India and the arrival scan in your country, and there are simply no scans in between. Give it until day 18 before worrying. If tracking says “return to sender” or “delivered” with nothing there, that’s different — email us right away.

Do you reship or refund if the parcel is lost?

Yes. If a parcel is lost in transit, returned to sender or seized by customs, we reship it — sometimes split into smaller parcels or by a different route — or refund you in full, whichever you prefer. Tell us as soon as tracking shows a problem, and keep the dispatch email with the tracking number handy.

What to do now

If you’re about to order: check the address twice, pay by whichever of PayPal, Wise or Remitly you already use, reply to say you’ve sent it, then try not to look at the tracking until day ten. If you’re already waiting: open the track-order page, match the scan against the table above, and if you’re in an “email us” row, contact us now with the order and tracking numbers — we’ll sort it, reship or refund, whatever it takes. Our most-ordered products, Cenforce 100 and Vidalista 20, both start at $114.99 for 30 tablets, delivery included; the detail by country is in the shipping policy.
